X-Ray Technician

About the job:

The X-Ray Technician performs in-process X-ray inspections to verify products meet customer, IPC, and company quality standards throughout production.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has 1–2 years of X-ray inspection experience
• Can follow written instructions and procedures accurately
• Has basic computer skills and is comfortable navigating software programs
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Can identify product defects and complete quality documentation
• Is familiar with IPC-610 standards (preferred)
• Has technical or vocational training or certification (preferred)

What you’ll do:

• Perform in-process X-ray inspections on products during production
• Generate X-ray inspection programs as required
• Capture, review, and record X-ray images
• Verify products meet customer specifications and IPC-610 quality standards
• Identify product defects and complete required documentation
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to validate manufacturing processes
• Provide training and support to team members as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
