    We typically use a bill rate method. The hourly rate you pay for each worker will include all base pay, taxes, benefits, and statutory costs.

    If a worker isn’t a good fit let us know and we’ll end the contract as soon as possible. We’ll handle the phone call, final pay, and any other accommodations

    Yes. The contract period is essentially a working interview. Converting a worker to permanent staff during that period incurs a fee, but once the contract term is up, you can bring them on full-time at no cost.
