    Frequently asked questions

There’s no charge to you at any point in the process. The posted rate you see on job postings is your gross pay, exactly as a normal job would work.

It varies by role. Manufacturing/warehouse roles tend to move fast, with some associates starting work the very next day. Roles that involve skills testing or several rounds of interviews usually take one to two weeks. We always try to push things along as quickly as possible. We know how important it is that you start work as soon as possible.

The majority of our jobs are eligible for benefits. To qualify you’ll need to stay in the same role for 90 days. You’ll get medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage. It’s the same coverage our own internal staff receives, and a step up from what most local agencies provide. Ask your recruiter for more information.

Yes, and it happens all the time. The majority of our roles are set up to move from temp to permanent – these are usually called ‘contract’ roles. You come in as temporary, and if the employer decides they want to keep you, they’ll hire you as one of their own.

Think of the contract as a trial period where you can really prove your worth. Attendance and performance are what usually make you permanent.

We staff across multiple industries, from light manufacturing and warehouse work to administration and front desk positions. Beyond that, we handle higher-level placements too, including data analysts, marketing roles, operations, and management positions.
