Sustainability Associate
About the job:
The Sustainability Data Analyst supports greenhouse gas (GHG) data management, regulatory
reporting, and sustainability initiatives while helping improve processes through data analysis and
AI-enabled solutions.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies,
Sustainability Management, or a related field preferred)
● Has 0–3 years of experience in corporate sustainability, GHG data management, or a
related analytical role
● Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills when working with
large datasets
● Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning enterprise data management
systems
● Communicates effectively and collaborates well with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders
● Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Is interested in sustainability, regulatory compliance, and emerging ESG initiatives
● Is eager to learn AI tools and workflow automation to improve business processes
What you’ll do:
● Collect, verify, and consolidate Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions data
● Maintain the integrity of the company’s GHG inventory management system
● Perform routine data quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews
● Maintain emissions factor libraries and update data structures to align with global
standards and regulatory requirements
● Coordinate with internal teams and third-party auditors during external verification
processes
● Support data collection and documentation for ESG reporting and climate-related
regulatory compliance
● Research emerging ESG regulations, sustainability initiatives, and industry trends
● Assist with benchmarking and market research related to sustainability practices
● Participate in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects to improve data collection
and reporting workflows
● Collaborate with global teams to support sustainability reporting and operational initiatives
