Process & Quality Engineer

About the job:

The Process & Quality Engineer will improve semiconductor assembly processes, with a focus on
die attach and wire bonding, while supporting quality initiatives and production priorities.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly processes, particularly die attach and wire bonding
• Can translate shop-floor knowledge into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes
• Has experience developing, documenting, and maintaining process parameters, work instructions, travelers, and training materials
• Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for equipment and process issues
• Can lead or support root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Has experience with process controls, risk assessments, and change control documentation
• Can design or improve fixtures and tooling to support manufacturability, quality, and operator safety
• Can support quality-management activities and audits (ISO 9001/AS9100 experience preferred)
• Can coordinate supplier quality issues and support calibration and document control activities
• Works effectively across engineering, operations, and quality teams
