About the job:

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll support multiple departments in safely and efficiently moving products through each stage of production. This role involves hands-on assembly work, machine operation, and final packaging of servers and racks.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent

• Brings 1–2 years of related experience using hand tools and assembling computer equipment

• Understands and follows written instructions and procedures

• Can lift up to 50 lbs

What you’ll do:

• Unpack, prep, and install components following documented procedures

• Assemble complex components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and power screwdrivers

• Use a cable labeling machine to identify and label according to rack specifications

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines

• Package and move finished products including servers and racks
