Test Technician
About the job:
The Electronic Test Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting
electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role focuses on component-level diagnostics,
test process development, and hands-on repair in a lab environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies to the
component level
● Is comfortable performing minor soldering and electronic repairs
● Can develop, document, and follow electronic test processes and procedures
● Has hands-on experience designing and assembling basic electronics and cable assemblies
● Is proficient in using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power
supplies
● Demonstrates strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
● Communicates clearly and works well with engineering and production teams
● Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a structured environment
What you’ll do:
● Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies down to the component level
● Develop, document, and maintain test processes for electronic equipment
● Perform minor soldering, rework, and electronic repairs as needed
● Design and document minor electronic and cable assemblies
● Use electronic test equipment, including meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies, to
diagnose issues
● Record test results and support continuous improvement of test procedures
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product
quality
