About the job:

The Maintenance Operator ensures equipment and facility systems are operating safely and
efficiently by performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a high school diploma or GED
  • Has proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
  • Holds a technical degree or certification in a related field (preferred)
  • Has working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Is comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Can read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Communicates clearly in writing and verbally
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Is bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese (preferred)
  • Can follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Is willing to be cross-trained to support other departments as needed
  • Can lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and wear required PPE
What you’ll do:
  • Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and equipment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues involving equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
  • Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
  • Assist with developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Contribute to team objectives and support departmental needs
