Lead Woodshop Production Associate

About the job:

The Lead Woodshop Production Associate will build custom wooden crates based on customer specifications while supporting daily shop operations, quality standards, and production goals.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable using hand tools and basic carpentry techniques
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Is dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Can follow customer specifications and assembly instructions accurately
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable assisting with material handling and inventory support
• Can physically lift materials up to 50lbs

What you’ll do:

• Build durable, high-quality wooden crates based on customer specifications
• Use hand tools and basic carpentry skills to complete assembly tasks
• Follow quality standards and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with material handling and inventory support as needed
• Support daily production goals and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
