Global Account Manager
$310k/yr – inclusive of equity (RSUs)
About the job:
The Global Account Manager is responsible for driving worldwide revenue growth, expanding
strategic customer relationships, and increasing market share across key telecommunications,
networking, and data center accounts.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Holds a bachelorʼs degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Masterʼs degree
preferred)
● Has 15+ years of experience in Global Account Management or Sales Leadership within the
semiconductor, networking, telecommunications, or technology industries
● Has 5+ years of experience supporting hyperscale, data center, or enterprise customers
● Possesses strong technical knowledge of networking, data center, connectivity, or
infrastructure technologies
● Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets
● Demonstrates experience managing complex global accounts and driving year-over-year
growth
● Excels at executive-level relationship management and influencing senior stakeholders
● Has strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking abilities
● Communicates effectively with both technical and business audiences
● Is highly organized and able to coordinate cross-functional teams across global
organizations
● Has a results-driven mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do:
● Develop and execute global account strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue
targets
● Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
● Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams
● Align Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams with customer business and
technology objectives
● Drive accurate forecasting, account planning, and revenue management activities
● Lead account reviews and business planning sessions with executive leadership
● Identify and develop new business opportunities within strategic markets
● Translate customer needs into actionable product and business requirements
● Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support growth initiatives
● Strengthen long-term customer partnerships and expand strategic business opportunities
● Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions
