Electronic Test Technician — Scotts Valley, CA

The Electronic Test Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role focuses on component-level diagnostics, test process development, and hands-on repair in a lab environment. Day to day, you’ll be working with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to diagnose issues, perform minor soldering and rework, and develop and document test procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

QA Inspector — Scotts Valley, CA

The QA Inspector ensures all incoming materials meet quality and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across inspection and supply chain processes. This role involves detailed inspections, testing, and sampling of incoming materials, analyzing data for trends, and collaborating with production, procurement, and engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions. You’ll also lead or support quality improvement projects aimed at reducing cycle time and increasing operational effectiveness.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has hands-on experience in a manufacturing, lab, or supply chain environment

  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well across cross-functional teams — engineering, production, procurement
  • Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a structured, fast-paced setting
  • Brings a mindset of continuous improvement, whether that’s refining a test procedure or optimizing a QA workflow
  • For the Electronic Test Technician: Has experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies to the component level, is comfortable with soldering and minor repairs, and is proficient with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies)
  • For the QA Inspector: Holds an associate’s degree, technical certification, or bachelor’s in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field; has 2–5 years of QA/inspection experience; possesses strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA); and is proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
