About the job:
We’re hiring for a variety of roles that include data entry clerks, admin/receptionists, check-in clerks, and more. Fast hiring and entry level experience accepted.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry
- Communicates clearly and professionally with a variety of individuals
- Is dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general information and direct individuals to appropriate resources
- Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Answer and route inquiries via phone or in person
- Monitor site operations to ensure procedures are followed
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and form processing
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming work environment
- Escalate questions or concerns to supervisors when necessary
