About the job:
The Temp Manufacturing Tech 1 supports inventory accuracy and material flow across operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has a high school diploma
● Has 0–2 years of work experience in inventory, warehouse, or operations support
(preferred)
● Has experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
● Is comfortable using systems such as Oracle for inventory tracking and data entry
(preferred)
● Has strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
● Is organized and able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
● Can perform basic calculations and accurate data entry
● Is comfortable working in a regulated or quality-driven environment
● Demonstrates strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
● Is able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed for physical inventory counts
What you’ll do:
● Support and maintain accurate inventory levels across operations
● Work with cross-functional teams to order, receive, stock, and stage materials
● Assist in maintaining stock levels of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to
support the build plan
● Replenish raw materials and maintain WIP inventory within the clean room materials area
● Set up and maintain appropriate Kanban levels and staging to support production
● Investigate and resolve inventory variances, ensuring proper adjustments are completed
● Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
● Enter and maintain accurate inventory data within internal systems
● Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to complete documentation, training, and inventory
tracking
● Maintain an orderly workspace and communicate effectively with operations and
warehouse teams
● Support inventory requests and production needs as required
