Quality Assurance Inspector

We are hiring for Quality Assurance Inspector I and II.

About the job:

The Quality Assurance Inspector will perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products using visual and measurement testing methods. This role supports manufacturing quality standards by identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Has 2+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Has previous experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment
• Is familiar with manufacturing ERP systems
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Can identify process issues and suggest improvements to quality procedures
• Communicates effectively with production and assembly staff
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Works well collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and professionalism

What you’ll do:

• Inspect incoming materials to confirm specifications and quality standards
• Conduct visual and measurement inspections using calipers, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other tools
• Accept or reject incoming materials based on inspection results
• Inspect in-process production and communicate required adjustments to supervisors
• Inspect finished products and verify compliance with specifications
• Return products for rework and confirm corrective actions
• Complete inspection reports, logs, and quality documentation
• Track and summarize rework and waste data
• Follow soldering and assembly workmanship standards
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Identify errors in production documentation and support corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support quality and organizational goals as needed
