QA Inspector
About the job:
The QA Inspector ensures all incoming materials meet quality and regulatory standards while
driving continuous improvement across inspection and supply chain processes.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Holds an associate’s degree in a technical field, a relevant technical certification, or a
bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline
● Has 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or process improvement
within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
● Demonstrates proven experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing
improvements in QA workflows
● Possesses strong analytical skills and can interpret data to generate actionable insights
● Has in-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO,
ASTM, and FDA
● Communicates effectively and collaborates well across cross-functional teams
● Is proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
● Maintains strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
● Works effectively both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
What you’ll do:
● Perform detailed inspections, testing, and sampling of incoming materials to ensure
compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inspection efficiency, reduce
waste, and optimize workflows
● Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
● Analyze inspection data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
● Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
● Ensure incoming materials comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
● Lead or support quality improvement projects aimed at reducing cycle time and increasing
operational effectiveness
