About the job:

The Inspector is responsible for checking rooms, furniture, and fixtures for condition and documenting findings accurately.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Is detail-oriented and observant
• Is comfortable using a computer or tablet to enter information
• Can take clear photos and upload them to a system
• Has basic communication skills
• Is dependable and able to follow instructions
• Is comfortable walking buildings and checking multiple rooms daily
• Can work independently once trained
• Follows safety and key control procedures responsibly

What you’ll do:

• Inspect rooms, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for condition
• Document findings in asset management software
• Take photos of room and furniture condition and upload them to the database
• Enter basic work orders or product requests as directed
• Perform walk-throughs before or after occupancy
• Conduct simple asset counts or safety checks when assigned
• Maintain accountability for keys and building access
• Follow safety and vehicle operation guidelines
• Support the Building Manager with basic facilities-related tasks

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to climb stairs and move throughout residential buildings
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed
• Must be comfortable working indoors and occasionally outdoors
