About the job:

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components using hand tools, following documented instructions, and ensuring each product meets required specifications. This role supports the production of high-quality mechanical systems.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is entry-level, but prior PCB mechanical assembly experience is a plus
  • Has basic computer literacy
  • Has attention-to-detail
  • Can distinguish colors and read small symbols
  • Can sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Works independently while maintaining safety standards
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
What you’ll do:
  • Read and follow bills of materials, product travelers, and assembly instructions
  • Confirm prior steps are completed before starting your task
  • Organize and audit materials before beginning each build
  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, etc.
  • Assemble mechanical products accurately and efficiently
  • Use torque calibration and verification equipment
  • Mask and de-mask circuit boards for conformal coating when required
