E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator
About the job:
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator manages order processing, inventory coordination, and
customer communication to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and a positive customer
experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, customer service,
or a related field
● Has experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred)
● Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Pays close attention to detail and maintains a high level of accuracy
● Provides excellent customer service through professional written and verbal
communication
● Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
● Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, and
Warehouse Operations
● Is dependable with strong attendance and reliability
● Is proficient with Microsoft Office and other business systems
What you’ll do:
● Coordinate customer order fulfillment through the ERP system
● Organize, track, and manage open customer orders
● Process purchase orders and monitor order allocation
● Communicate order status and fulfillment updates with warehouse and sales teams
● Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and shipment tracking
● Support customer service by providing timely updates on inventory and order progress
● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
● Record invoices and maintain accurate system documentation
● Track incoming purchase orders and product availability
● Add, update, and maintain product information within company systems
● Escalate inventory, customer, and system issues as appropriate
● Support continuous improvement of fulfillment processes and operational efficiency
