About the job:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all aspects of financial leadership, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, banking relationships, and strategic planning. This role partners closely with operational and commercial leadership to improve profitability, optimize financial performance, and support scalable growth in a dynamic supply chain and manufacturing environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Has 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or divisional finance leader
- Brings experience within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive environments
- Has hands-on experience supporting multi-site and international operations
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP/WMS systems
- Has experience managing institutional banking relationships and debt facilities
- Excels at leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across operational and executive teams
- Can operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels within a growing organization
- Is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving process improvements
- Has strong business partnership skills with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams
- Is comfortable working onsite at the Fremont, CA headquarters with occasional travel
- Brings a positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and sense of humor
What you’ll do:
- Lead development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, annual budget, and long-term financial planning
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax
- Oversee monthly close processes, financial consolidations, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory optimization
- Serve as the primary contact for banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury management
- Partner with operations and supply chain leadership to improve cost structure, inventory turns, and facility performance
- Support pricing strategy, contract review, and profitability analysis across customers and programs
- Evaluate capital investments, automation initiatives, and operational improvements through ROI and financial analysis
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners including auditors, suppliers, landlords, agencies, and insurance providers
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting, and operational processes
