Slingshot Connections SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Slingshot Connections operates an SMS messaging program to share staffing opportunities, candidate updates, client communications, and related business information with individuals who have opted in to receive these messages.

 

Opt-In

By providing your mobile number through a Slingshot Connections form, online submission, written request, or verbal confirmation, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Slingshot Connections at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment, candidacy, or any purchase.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Slingshot Connections. You may receive messages related to job opportunities, scheduling, onboarding, or program updates.

 

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Slingshot Connections does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may bill you according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Slingshot Connections . After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

The Slingshot Connections SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Slingshot Connections does not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing use.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in the SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have authorization to enroll that number.

 

Changes to These Terms

Slingshot Connections may update these Terms at any time.Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
