On June 9th, we joined together to honor and celebrate our cherished friend, Priscilla Azcueta. She is a true inspiration, leaving an impact on each and every one of us.
Priscilla’s remarkable contributions to the community’s staffing, particularly her work with veterans and individuals with disabilities, has been truly commendable. Her dedication and passion have touched the lives of so many people.

For mascot Day, we want to show everyone our mascot Elizardbeth, known around the office as Ellie.
We’ve always been fascinated by lizards. From their ability to change colors to suit their environment, to being able to regrow their tail. Ellie is constantly adapting and overcoming setbacks.
We love having Ellie because she reminds us to empower job seekers to be like her, to adapt and overcome. Helping them to navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment with unwavering strength and flexibility.
Also she’s just really cute.

Juneteenth is on the 19th and celebrates the end of slavery in the United States. It is also known as Emancipation Day, Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Juneteenth Independence Day, and Black Independence Day.
On June 19, 1865, Major General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, TX, and announced the end of the Civil War and the end of slavery. Although the Emancipation Proclamation came 2½ years earlier on January 1, 1863, many enslavers continued to hold enslaved Black people captive after the announcement, so Juneteenth became a symbolic date representing African American freedom.
Father’s Day is just around the corner, and it’s time to celebrate the incredible dads in our lives!
Whether it’s your own dad, a father figure, or a friend who embodies the spirit of fatherhood, this is the perfect occasion to make them feel extra special.
