About the job:

The VP of Marketing will lead enterprise brand strategy, consumer engagement, and innovation
initiatives to drive scalable growth and strengthen brand leadership.

We’re looking for someone who:

● Holds a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
● Brings 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within consumer brands,
preferably in fresh food or CPG (preferred)
● Has a proven track record of building, modernizing, and scaling trusted consumer brands
● Demonstrates success launching consumer-led innovation and convenience platforms
● Possesses strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level
strategy
● Has deep expertise in consumer marketing, brand storytelling, and demand creation
● Is data-driven, financially disciplined, and growth-oriented in decision-making
● Translates consumer insights, trends, and behaviors into actionable growth strategies
● Builds high-performing teams and fosters accountability, creativity, and performance
excellence

What you’ll do:

● Define and lead long-term brand vision and multi-year marketing and innovation roadmaps
● Serve as brand steward, elevating voice, visual identity, packaging, and storytelling across
all touchpoints
● Set enterprise marketing strategy and annual priorities aligned to growth objectives
● Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns to build trust, trial, and loyalty
● Establish and govern executive-level KPIs to measure brand health, revenue growth, and
marketing ROI
● Own the consumer insights agenda and translate insights into innovation and engagement
strategies
● Oversee digital, social, content, influencer, PR, experiential, and SEO-driven initiatives
● Lead crisis communications strategy to protect brand trust and credibility
● Drive consumer-led innovation in partnership with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations
● Own go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing guidance,
and launch execution
● Partner cross-functionally to align commercial execution with growth strategies
● Oversee trade marketing, category management strategy, and industry presence
● Build and evolve a modern, consumer-obsessed marketing organization
● Lead agency, partner, and vendor strategy to maximize marketing impact
● Collaborate with executive leadership on enterprise reputation and governance initiatives
