Treasury Manager
About the job:
Support corporate capital markets and treasury operations by managing cash and investment
portfolios, optimizing interest income, and leading foreign exchange strategies
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has 7–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or Capital Markets
● Brings FinTech or technology-sector experience, ideally within payments or financial services
● Has deep expertise managing large, complex investment portfolios
● Has hands-on experience with FX trading and commercial risk management
● Understands investment compliance, regulatory requirements, and corporate covenants
● Demonstrates strong financial modeling and analytical skills
● Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
● (Preferred) Holds an MBA, CFA, or CTP
● (Preferred) Has experience implementing Treasury Management Systems & automation tools
What you’ll do:
● Manage corporate and FBO investment portfolios in alignment with liquidity, risk, and policy
requirements
● Lead foreign exchange execution and trading strategies to support global payment products
● Monitor capital markets, interest rates, and credit risk to inform investment decisions
● Ensure compliance with internal investment policies, external regulations, and debt covenants
● Build and maintain financial models for float balances, interest income, and forecasting
● Analyze portfolio performance and recommend yield optimization strategies
● Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting for net interest income
● Partner with Product and Engineering teams on payments and FX-related product initiatives
● Translate regulatory and market requirements into scalable product and operational solutions
● Drive automation and advanced analytics initiatives within treasury operations
● Manage banking relationships and counterparty risk
● Oversee daily cash positioning and treasury operations
● Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and risk controls
