About the job:

The Program Support Associate coordinates projects, tracks program activities, and provides administrative and operational support to technical teams and leadership.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience supporting technical programs, IT operations, software development, enterprise service management, or business operations
  • Has strong project coordination, organization, time management, and written communication skills
  • Is comfortable using ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Office, and other project or service management tools
  • Has intermediate to high-level Korean communication skills in both written and spoken communication
  • Holds a PMP certification or is willing to obtain one within six months of hire if required
  • Has experience working in a bilingual, multicultural, or international business environment
  • Has knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management practices (Preferred)
What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up items
  • Maintain project schedules, status trackers, action item logs, issue logs, meeting notes, and program documentation
  • Track tasks, requests, dependencies, deadlines, and project progress across teams
  • Prepare status reports, management updates, presentations, executive summaries, and briefing materials
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Organize program records, shared files, reports, and documentation repositories
  • Provide administrative and operational support to technical, program, and leadership teams
  • Use ServiceNow to track requests, monitor tickets, and support workflow updates and reporting
  • Use Jira or comparable tools to track tasks, issues, technical workstreams, and project progress
  • Maintain accurate information across project management, ticketing, and reporting systems
  • Draft professional communications, procedures, summaries, and project documentation
  • Translate technical updates into clear business-level summaries
  • Coordinate communication among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Support onboarding, access requests, documentation requests, and other needs
  • Provide Korean-language communication support when business needs require it
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
