Maintenance Technician
Second shift: 3pm-11pm
About the job:
The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting,
and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation
across the facility.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
● Brings 2–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing
environment
● Can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
● Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
● Understands and adheres to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout
● Communicates clearly and documents work accurately
● Has the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and perform hands-on mechanical
work
● Works well independently and as part of a team, and is open to overtime or weekend work
when needed
● (Preferred) Has experience with PSM programs, millwrighting, machining, pipefitting, or
welding
What you’ll do:
● Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment
and machinery
● Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques
● Repair or replace pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, and other mechanical components
● Install and commission new equipment and machinery
● Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS
● Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and support compliance with PSM
requirements
● Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate repairs and improve
equipment reliability
● Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members
● Support development and execution of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance
schedules
● Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
● Perform additional maintenance duties as needed
