About the job:

The Maintenance Technician ensures maximum equipment uptime and facility functionality by
performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting production systems, and repairing industrial
machinery.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Has experience working with contingent or agency workforce teams
  • Can create, deliver, and evaluate training programs and materials
  • Understands how to assess skill gaps and recommend training solutions
  • Learns new systems, processes, and information quickly
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Has strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Is dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll do:
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and operator training sessions
  • Coordinate daily training schedules with leadership and training teams
  • Maintain training records, reports, sign-in sheets, and training matrices
  • Manage and update operator training databases for manufacturing personnel
  • Develop training documents, presentations, handouts, and learning materials
  • Provide hands-on training for assembly, rack build, cabling, and related functions
  • Support on-site training coverage for manufacturing teams
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for program improvements
  • Identify workforce skill gaps and training opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with HR to assess agency workforce performance and candidate quality
  • Assist with organizational development and site-wide training initiatives
