About the job:

Responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth through lead generation, networking, and strategic planning. Requires strong industry knowledge and the ability to connect with decision-makers in architecture, construction, engineering, and interior design.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Has 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within relevant industries
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of securing new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative
  • Is proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software, and business development tools
  • Can work on-site 3 days a week with remote flexibility
What you’ll do:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across multiple service lines
  • Research and target prospective clients and markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and market reach
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Work with marketing to prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Maintain a strong online and industry presence to attract leads
  • Oversee proposal and bid submissions
  • Develop and track business development goals, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies
