About the job:

The Customer Service Representative supports customer accounts by managing orders, analyzing
data, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service in a
fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

● Has 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, or
manufacturing environments
● Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred)
● Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis,
and reporting
● Has experience supporting order management and ERP systems
● Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
● Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
● Adapts quickly in a changing, high-growth environment
● (Preferred) Has experience with SAP, Ariba Business Network, or Syspro ERP
● (Preferred) Has data visualization experience using tools like Power BI or Tableau

What you’ll do:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer buyers regarding orders, availability, lead
times, and logistics
● Process and track sales orders, RMAs, and delivery schedules in the ERP system
● Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve customer
issues
● Proactively communicate order updates, delays, or changes to customers
● Maintain accurate customer records, pricing agreements, and shipment history
● Identify urgent issues and recommend process improvements using data insights
● Support forecasting and demand planning through customer interaction and historical analysis
● Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts using advanced Excel tools
